You can find your customer number in your Holland Gold account by logging in on the website or via the Holland Gold app.

Via the website

Via the website, you can find your customer number in your online account environment, at the very top left above the menu on the left-hand side. Do you have multiple storage accounts? You can switch accounts by clicking the arrow to the right of your customer number.

You can also find your customer number under ‘Settings’ in ‘Account details’.

Via the Holland Gold app

Via the Holland Gold app, you can find your customer number by clicking the profile icon in the top right-hand corner. In the menu that appears, you will immediately see your customer number next to your name.

Do you have multiple storage accounts, for example also a business account or child account? Click the switch icon in the top right-hand corner. There you can switch between your different accounts and find the corresponding customer numbers.
