The evening before, between 17:00 and 21:00, you will receive an email with a two-hour time slot and a 4-digit code. When the driver arrives, the driver will provide you with the 4-digit code and you can hand over the package. From that moment, the package is under constant supervision. Once the package has been scanned, you will receive a confirmation email.
