How do I change my IBAN linked bank account?

You can change your IBAN nominated bank account by sending a signed change form to our customer service team from the email address known to us. You must then transfer €0.01 to us for verification.

You can download the change form here.

Then transfer €0.01 to the following account for verification:

IBAN: NL78 INGB 0007 0478 00
Account name: Holland Gold Safe

Once we have received your change form and the €0.01 payment, your nominated bank account will be updated.

We follow this procedure for security reasons. A change to your nominated bank account can only be made if the new nominated bank account is in your name. You can also change your nominated bank account to a foreign bank account number.
