We use the information you fill in yourself when ordering, such as your name, delivery address and of course your e-mail address, to deliver your order at the right time and the right place. In some cases, we also need your phone number. All the information you enter on the website of Holland Gold will be stored in our database. This is secured with the most modern techniques.

Personal recommendations
While you are shopping at Holland Gold, we try to help you make the right choices as much as possible, just like in a physical store. For this purpose, we use, for example, your search, but also information about your previous purchases and items that you have viewed. Thanks to this information, we can provide you with the best personal recommendations. How long do you store my data?
We are required by law to keep your data for at least 7 years. This concerns the data that we use to process your order and to execute the agreement that you have entered into with us (or a sales partner).  If you have not been active at Holland Gold for 7 years, we will automatically delete all data that can be traced back to you.

What do you know about my surfing, searching and clicking behaviour?
Just like in a regular store, we want to help you as much as possible by approaching and inspiring you personally. We do this by setting up our store based on your search, click and purchase behavior at Holland Gold. This allows us to make relevant recommendations and send you emails, among other things.

We only share the data you leave with us with our partners if they need your data to be able to provide their services. Of course, our logistics partners will need the delivery address of your order. We never share your data with strangers. We have made clear agreements with our partners. They handle your data with the same care as we do.
