How can I change my account details?

You can update your account details by logging in on the website. Log in on the website and go to ‘Settings’ in your account. Here you can choose:

‘Account details’ to update your delivery address or billing details;
‘Secure account (2FA)’ to set up two-factor authentication as an extra layer of security.

Do you have a storage account with Holland Gold? Then under ‘Settings’ you can also choose:

‘Payment details’ to update your bank account number or activate direct debit for storage fees;
‘Account management’ to create an extra account, such as a joint account, business account or child account.

Via the Holland Gold app: Open the Holland Gold app and click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner to go to your account details. In the app, you can update a limited number of details.
