Within your Holland Gold account, you can take several steps to further secure your account. Below are the available options:
You can choose to receive your 2FA code via SMS, email, or an authenticator app. You can easily set this up yourself in your account under Settings → Secure Account → 2FA.
Verify your account to benefit from the additional security and features the client portal offers. During the verification process, you will be asked to provide your address details, bank account (for payouts), and contact information. These details can only be changed later with some delay and via a change request form, after review by a staff member. This provides extra security but may result in a longer processing time.
You can easily verify your account by logging in and clicking the ‘Verify Account’ button.
