Yes, you can have precious metals transferred from a private account to a business storage account. To do this, first create a business account and then send a signed change form with your request for conversion to Holland Gold Safe.

Send the completed form by email to info@hollandgoldsafe.nl. You can download the conversion form here. 

Once we have received all required documentation, we will transfer your precious metals from the private account to the business account.

How do I create a business account?

You can create a business account from within your private account via the Holland Gold app, or by logging in on the website.

Via the Holland Gold app: Open the Holland Gold app and click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner to go to your account details. Then select ‘Create extra account’ and, in the menu that appears, choose a business account.

Via the website: Log in on the website and go to ‘Settings’ in your account. Then select ‘Account management’ and click ‘Create extra account’. Select a business account in the menu that appears.

To open a business account, we require, among other things, a Chamber of Commerce extract and a UBO declaration.

With a Holland Gold account, you can, among other things:

• schedule the delivery or collection day of your order;
• view previous orders;
• download invoices;
• track the current value of your precious metals;
• set a price alert;

Verification for selling, savings plan, investing via the precious metals account and storage

When you sell precious metals to us or have precious metals stored with us, it is necessary to verify your account. For this, we check your identity. You can complete the verification after logging in on the website or in the app. We are legally required to carry out this check.

Account without verification

If you use your account only to purchase bars and coins, without using storage, and you do not wish to verify your account, select ‘Cancel verification’ in the blue bar. The verification will then be cancelled and you will not receive any further notifications about it.
