You can order gold, silver, platinum or palladium from Holland Gold in three ways: through the website, the app or by phone.
In the app, you can easily invest in physical gold, silver, platinum and palladium from €10. It is stored safely and insured on your behalf and can be traded 24/7. Download the Holland Gold app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

As of early 2026, it is no longer possible to purchase precious metals anonymously at Holland Gold. You may, however, pay in cash up to a maximum of €3,000 per order. Cash payments of €3,000 or more are not permitted by law.
Add the desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Select the payment method cash/debit card and choose your preferred office location. Please note that only products that are in stock can be ordered.
For in-stock products, we will ship your order from our logistics center to your selected pick-up location in Alkmaar, Rotterdam, or Breda. Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days. Once your order has arrived at the selected office, you will receive an email notification. You can then schedule a pick-up appointment via your account. Payment is made at the time of collection, after which you may take the products with you immediately. Please bring a valid form of identification, your order number, and the amount due when collecting your order.
Strict regulations apply to cash payments in the Netherlands. We operate in accordance with applicable laws and the guidelines of the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft). We therefore ask customers to limit cash purchases and refrain from making them on a monthly basis. A pick-up fee of €25 per order applies.
We are legally required to aggregate transactions made by spouses, as these are deemed to originate from the same assets. Cash transactions conducted within a period of 31 days are also aggregated. These are referred to as linked transactions. The combined total may not be equal to or exceed €3,000. Please note that €500 banknotes are not accepted.

You can sell your gold, silver, platinum and palladium online via our sell to us page. You can lock in the current buyback price yourself online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

After you confirm the selling price, you will immediately receive an official buyback confirmation by email. The agreed price will then remain guaranteed, regardless of any later price movements.
Holland Gold also buys investment gold, silver, platinum and palladium if you did not buy it from us. Do you have precious metals stored with Holland Gold? You can also sell these online via our sell to us page. Select the ‘Storage’ option and log in to select precious metals from your storage account for sale.
Use our online valuation tool and view our pages for selling gold, selling silver and selling platinum and palladium. Enter the precious metals and quantities you want to sell.
You can lock in the price online 24/7 by choosing ‘Complete sale’. In the overview, check the sale and lock in the price by choosing ‘Confirm sale’. You can also do this by phone on +31 88 468 8400.
You choose whether to bring the precious metals to one of our offices in Alkmaar, Rotterdam or Breda yourself, or use our collection service. The collection service is discreet, safe and fully insured. You schedule the appointment immediately when you confirm the price.
You enter your details, such as the bank account number to which you want to be paid. Would you like to be paid partly or fully in cash? This is only possible when visiting an office and within the legal and internal limits of €2,950. You can select this online immediately when confirming the price.
To process the payment safely and correctly, we first verify your proof of identity. This is required because of our legal obligations. You can have your proof of identity checked in three simple ways: online directly after placing the sale, through your online account or during your visit to an office.
After receiving your precious metals, our precious metals specialists use professional measuring equipment to check your bars or coins for weight and authenticity. After a successful inspection and identification, we pay no later than one working day after the inspection has taken place.

The prices of products in your shopping cart also change every minute and only become final at the moment you click ‘confirm order’.
