Verification for selling, precious metals account, savings plan and storage

When you sell precious metals to us or have precious metals stored with us, it is necessary to verify your account. For this, we check your identity. You can complete the verification after logging in on the website or in the app. We are legally required to carry out this check.

Account without verification

If you use your account only to purchase bars and coins, without using storage, and you do not wish to verify your account, choose ‘Cancel verification’ in the blue bar. The verification will then be cancelled and you will not receive any further notifications about it.
