Storage
Can I take my products out of storage?

Yes, you can withdraw your precious metals from storage at any time; however, this depends on the location where your metals are stored. Below, we explain how this process works for each storage location:

Storage in the Netherlands

You can easily withdraw the precious metals you have stored in the Netherlands, if desired. The metals can either be delivered to your registered address in the Netherlands, or you can collect them from one of the Holland Gold offices. To arrange this, please contact us by phone. We will then send you the necessary documentation.

Singapore and Switzerland

It is also possible to withdraw precious metals from storage in Singapore or Switzerland. However, please note that transport costs from Switzerland and Singapore are significantly higher than from the Netherlands. In addition, “white metals” (silver, platinum, and palladium) must be imported and subject to VAT. This is also an expensive process. For these reasons, it is rare for precious metals to be transported from Switzerland or Singapore to the Netherlands. In most cases, it is more cost-effective to sell your metals and repurchase them in the Netherlands.

Precious metal account

Would you like to have the precious metals from your precious metal account delivered to you? This is also possible. Read more here about how delivery of your precious metals works.
