You can sell both precious metals in your precious metals account and eligible bars and coins held in storage online. Precious metals in the precious metals account can be sold directly via the Holland Gold App or by logging in via the website. Bars and coins stored with Holland Gold Safe can be sold online via Sell to us.
If you purchased gold, silver, platinum or palladium per gram through the precious metals account, you can sell it 24/7 via the Holland Gold App or, when logged in via the website, in your account under ‘Buy/Sell Precious Metals Account’.
You can independently sell eligible bars and coins held with Holland Gold Safe online without assistance from a staff member.
Go to the Sell to us page and select the ‘Storage’ option. After logging in, choose the storage account from which you want to sell. Then select the available products and quantities you wish to sell.
Next, check the overview of your sale. For a sale from storage, your designated bank account for the payout is already linked to the storage account.
Then click ‘sell now’ to confirm the sale and lock in the price. Once you have agreed, the agreed price will no longer change, even if the market price subsequently rises or falls. You will immediately receive a purchase confirmation by email.
You can only sell products that are available in the selected storage account. For some non-standard products, you may first need to contact Holland Gold.
