Yes, Holland Gold provides a valuation statement for your stored precious metals for the products you had in storage with us on 1 January. 1 January is the reference date you can use for your tax return.
You can view the statement via our website or through the Holland Gold app.
Go to the profile icon in the top right corner and then to ‘Financial statements’.
Log in to the website, go to ‘Account’ and then to ‘Financial statements’.
We do not provide a personal annual overview for precious metals that you keep at home or manage yourself. If you prepare this overview yourself, you will need the value on the reference date for your tax return.
Each year, we therefore publish a general overview with the values of bars and coins per precious metal on 1 January. You can use this overview for precious metals that you do not have in storage with us. More information can be found in our frequently asked question about declaring gold and silver to the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.
