Can I come and view my stored precious metals in person?

Yes, this is possible, but the options depend on the location where your precious metals are stored.

If you have bars or coins stored in the Netherlands, these can be removed from storage on request and brought to one of our offices, so that you can view them there by appointment.

In Switzerland, it is possible to view individually stored bars at Loomis in Zurich. Precious metals stored in Singapore cannot be viewed.

Costs may apply for a viewing. Please contact our customer service team to discuss the options, have the costs assessed and start the viewing process.
