Yes, you can have investment gold, silver, platinum and palladium stored with Holland Gold Safe. You cannot store jewellery, collectable items or complete collections with Holland Gold, only bars and coins.

You can also store products with us that Holland Gold does not sell itself or that you did not purchase from us. This is only possible for common investment coins and bars in standard packaging. We do not store wooden boxes or decorative packaging.

How can I store precious metals that I already own with Holland Gold Safe?

To store precious metals that you already own with Holland Gold Safe, you go through the following steps:

1. Contact us by e-mail with your request to place your precious metals in storage.
2. Open a storage account, if you do not already have one, via the Holland Gold app or our website. After creating an account, choose to verify your account and open a storage account. This only takes a few minutes.
3. We will then send you the documentation for the storage intake request. You sign this documentation and return it to us.
4. We arrange an appointment with you at one of our offices or, if possible, for collection from your home.
5. You pay the €36 intake fee and, if applicable, the costs for insured transport in advance.
6. You receive proof of receipt from Holland Gold. If you deliver the precious metals to our office, you receive this proof at the office, signed by one of our employees. If the precious metals are collected from your home, you receive this document by e-mail.

The bars or coins are then added to your storage account and stored in our secure vaults. This may take a few days.

From the moment the precious metals have been placed in storage, you will see the specifications and unique bar numbers in your account. For coins, where applicable, you will see the registered sealbag numbers.
