How quickly can I have my precious metals delivered from storage?

You can submit a request to have your precious metals removed from storage at any time. Once we have received all the correct information and documents, precious metals stored in the Netherlands can usually be ready for collection within one and a half weeks.

For precious metals stored in Switzerland or Singapore, the procedure takes longer and the costs are higher. We handle this on request and always in consultation with you. It is often more cost-effective and faster to sell the precious metals locally and then purchase precious metals again in the Netherlands.

How can I collect my precious metals from storage in Switzerland or Singapore?

It is possible to collect precious metals from storage on location in Switzerland or Singapore. The costs vary, but are usually around €200.

It is also possible to have the precious metals transported from storage to the Netherlands. Please note that the transport costs for insured air freight from Switzerland or Singapore can be significantly higher than the standard rate in the Netherlands.

If the precious metals are silver, platinum or palladium, they must be cleared through customs upon import into the Netherlands. VAT may also be due. This can make the process costly.

In practice, precious metals are therefore rarely transferred from Switzerland or Singapore to the Netherlands. It is often more cost-effective to sell the precious metals and then purchase precious metals again in the Netherlands.
