The precious metal in storage at Holland Gold Safe expressly remains your property and does not fall into the estate of Holland Gold Safe BV. This way you are assured that your precious metal will always remain yours. If Holland Gold Safe does go bankrupt, a trustee will work with the Stichting Derdengelden Holland Gold Safe to see how the storage business can be continued. As a customer, you can always request that your precious metal be removed from storage at this event.

Incidentally, the chance of bankruptcy of the storage company is very small, because in the chosen structure the operating costs fall into the trading company Holland Gold (Bulliongroup BV) in order to protect the storage company. The structure is part of the licence by the AFM reviewed and approved.
