Yes, you can change the delivery or collection address until no later than one day before the scheduled delivery or collection date, before 10:00. For example, if your package is delivered or collected on Wednesday, you can still change the address until Tuesday at 10:00.

Would you like to change your delivery or collection address? Please send an email to klantenservice@hollandgold.nl from the email address known to us. Include the full new address in your email.

For security reasons, we can only process a change if your request is sent from the same email address used to place the order. This allows us to verify that the change is actually being requested by the customer.
