How does picking up an order work?

If you have indicated during the ordering process that you will pick up the order at one of our offices, we will deliver your package to the relevant office location. Shipping from our logistics center to the office location usually takes 2-3 working days. When your order is ready for you, we will contact you by phone to make a pick-up appointment.

To be able to pick up an order, you must be able to identify yourself with a valid ID when entering a Office of {{P3}}. This personal data is noted but not linked to the order and is not stored digitally. We also ask for the order number upon arrival.
