If you selected to collect your order at one of our offices during checkout, your package will be delivered to the chosen office location. If the product is in stock, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days before it is available for collection. Once your order is ready, we will notify you, and you can then schedule a pickup date by phone.

To collect your order, you must present valid identification when entering a Holland Gold office. Your personal details will be recorded but not linked to your order and will not be stored digitally. We will also ask for your order number upon arrival.

Below is an overview of the pickup process:

1. You have placed an order: you will receive an order confirmation with details about the next steps.
2. We process the payment: payments via iDEAL are processed immediately; bank transfers can take up to two business days. If you choose to pay at the office, your order’s track & trace will remain unchanged.
3. Products in stock: once the products are available, we arrange transport to your chosen office. Please note: we do not keep stock at our offices.
4. Schedule a pickup date: once your order has arrived at the office, we will notify you. You can then contact us by phone to schedule a pickup date.
