Is the transport safe?

Yes, the transport is carried out safely, discreetly and fully insured. For this, we work with a regular, extra-secure delivery specialist throughout the Netherlands (excluding the islands), Belgium and certain German border regions.

Using the 4-digit code that you receive the evening before, the driver checks whether the package is being handed over to, or collected from, the correct person.

For deliveries to other European countries, we use registered and insured shipping through another delivery specialist.

The delivery specialist works discreetly and uses unobtrusive delivery vehicles. The entire process is monitored by cameras and the transport is tracked. This ensures that your order remains carefully monitored throughout the process.

For the collection of precious metals that you sell to Holland Gold, we work with the same delivery specialist. This transport is also fully insured and carried out using the same 4-digit verification code.
