Yes, someone else can collect your order from one of our offices, provided that we receive a completed and signed authorisation form from you by email in advance.

Send the completed form to us from the same email address you used to place the order. The authorised person must bring a copy of your proof of identity and their own valid proof of identity to the appointment.
Having an order collected with authorisation: step by step
Below are all the steps for having an order collected with authorisation:
- You place your order using your own details and choose collection from one of our offices. This is possible in Alkmaar, Rotterdam and Breda.
- You pay for your order from your own bank account.
- You schedule a collection appointment in your customer portal. As soon as your order is ready for you at the office, you will receive an email to schedule this appointment.
- You download the authorisation form or request it from us by email.
- You complete the authorisation form and send it to us by email as a reply to the order confirmation you received from us.
- Your authorised person collects the order and brings the following documents:
1. their own valid proof of identity;
2. a copy of your valid proof of identity.
Which forms of identification do we accept?
For the authorised person, we accept a valid Dutch driving licence, Dutch ID card, Dutch residence permit or Dutch passport. A European ID card or European passport is also accepted.
If the authorised person has a nationality from outside the EU, we only accept a valid passport.
For the copy of your proof of identity, we accept the same documents.
