In the Netherlands, Belgium and some parts of Germany, your package is delivered fully insured, safely and discreetly by our regular delivery specialist. In other European countries, your package is shipped through another delivery specialist with insured and registered shipping.

How is my order delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium?

Your order is delivered throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, with the exception of the islands, by our regular delivery specialist. Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email to schedule the delivery date.

On the evening before delivery, between 17:00 and 21:00, you will receive an email with a two-hour delivery window and a 4-digit PIN code. For security reasons, your order will only be handed over after you have given this code to the driver.

Our delivery specialist delivers discreetly in an unmarked van. Your order is packed in a sturdy cardboard box. The transport is fully insured, and your order is continuously monitored while in transit.

How is my order delivered in other European countries?

In other European countries, we deliver your order through a delivery specialist with insured and registered shipping. You will receive a track-and-trace code.

From the moment your order has been handed over to the delivery specialist, they will keep you informed about your shipment.
