Log in to your online account and go to Account > Financial overviews > Safe keeping receipt. Under Safe keeping receipt, you can download an overview of the precious metals we hold in storage for you.
The document shows all precious metals currently held on your behalf. It also states where your metals are stored: the Netherlands (Amsterdam), Switzerland or Singapore. For each product, you can see the seal bag or pallet in which your bar or coin is stored. Where applicable, the bar number is also listed.
The overview also includes the full history of your storage, including the dates on which products were placed into or released from custody.
If you have purchased gold, silver, platinum or palladium through your precious metal account, these positions will also be included in the overview.
