What is an and/or account?

A joint account (also known as an and/or account) can be opened with a minimum of two people. Both account holders can then access and manage the precious metals. At this time, it is not yet possible to automatically grant a second account holder access to the and/or account.

Granting a second account holder access to the and/or account

To grant the second account holder access to the and/or account, the second account holder must first create their own account with Holland Gold. Then, please send an email to klantenservice@hollandgold.nl from the email address registered with us, including the email address of the second account holder. We will then link the second account to the and/or account.
