For the payment of storage fees and the savings plan, you can choose between two payment methods: direct debit or manual transfer.

If you choose a manual transfer, a fee of €2.50 per invoice will be charged. This amount covers the additional processing time and administrative work involved in manual transfers.

No additional costs apply when using the direct debit payment method.

Change payment method – Storage fees

Log in to your account
Click on Settings in the menu
Click on Payment preferences
Select your preferred payment method.

Change payment method – Savings plan

Log in to your account
Click on Savings plan in the menu
Choose Edit savings plan
Go to Payment method
Select your preferred payment method
Confirm by clicking Edit savings plan
