When will I receive the payment for my sale?

You will receive payment for the sale of bars and coins no later than one working day after the inspection. Payment can only be made if your proof of identity and bank account number are known to us and have been verified. Payments to foreign bank accounts may take longer to process.

How quickly will the money be in my account after a sale?

Below is an overview of the payment term for each type of sale:

1. Delivering the precious metals to our office yourself: the same day after inspection at the office.
2. Sale with collection from your home: within two working days after collection from your home.
3. Sale of bars and coins from storage: the same day after the sale has been processed.
4. Sale via the app or precious metals account: within one working day.

In exceptional situations, such as a bank disruption, unusual market conditions or payments to foreign bank accounts, payment may take longer. Please therefore keep in mind that these payment terms may be extended by one day in exceptional situations.
