After you confirm the selling price, you will immediately receive an official buyback confirmation by email. The agreed price will then remain guaranteed, regardless of any later price movements.
Holland Gold also buys investment gold, silver, platinum and palladium if you did not buy it from us. Do you have precious metals stored with Holland Gold? You can also sell these online via our sell to us page. Select the ‘Storage’ option and log in to select precious metals from your storage account for sale.

You can lock in the price online 24/7 by choosing ‘Complete sale’. In the overview, check the sale and lock in the price by choosing ‘Confirm sale’. You can also do this by phone on +31 88 468 8400.
You choose whether to bring the precious metals to one of our offices in Alkmaar, Rotterdam or Breda yourself, or use our collection service. The collection service is discreet, safe and fully insured. You schedule the appointment immediately when you confirm the price.
You enter your details, such as the bank account number to which you want to be paid. Would you like to be paid partly or fully in cash? This is only possible when visiting an office and within the legal and internal limits of €2,950. You can select this online immediately when confirming the price.
To process the payment safely and correctly, we first verify your proof of identity. This is required because of our legal obligations. You can have your proof of identity checked in three simple ways: online directly after placing the sale, through your online account or during your visit to an office.
After receiving your precious metals, our precious metals specialists use professional measuring equipment to check your bars or coins for weight and authenticity. After a successful inspection and identification, we pay no later than one working day after the inspection has taken place.
