Can I cancel my sale?

No. Precious metals are subject to price fluctuations. When completing the sale to us, you sell at a fixed price, making the transaction final. This is similar to selling shares and other financial products.  

Therefore, it is not possible to cancel a sales order. The right of withdrawal, as laid down in the Distance Selling Act (an elaboration of the European Consumer Rights Directive), does not apply.
