Ordering onlinegold and silver at Holland Gold is simple. All our prices are automatically adjusted to the current rates, so that you always pay the price of the Current price Ordered. You can place an order with or without an account. The ordering process is explained step by step below. Customer service is available if you need help while ordering.

Step 1: Shopping cart
Place the desired products in your shopping cart. 

Step 2: Data
Log in to your account or fill in all your details.

Step 3: Delivery Method
You can choose between different delivery methods. We can deliver it to your home, you can pick it up at our office in Alkmaar or in Rotterdam or you can store it at our home via Holland Gold Safe.

Step 4: Payment
Choose your payment method: iDEAL, bank transfer, PayPal, crypto or cash payment /PIN on pickup.

Step 5: Delivery
When choosing storage, you will be contacted by us to open a storage account or the products will be put into storage in your existing account.

When you choose delivery to your chosen address, you will receive an e-mail from us, with which you can choose the desired delivery day. 

If you choose to pick up at an office of Holland Gold, you will be called by us to make a pick-up appointment. If your order is in stock, it will take 2-3 business days.

Order

After the order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of your order. This e-mail will contain your order number. If you have any questions about your order, we will ask you for the order number.
