It is possible to buy gold and silver anonymously without your personal details on the invoice. Your invoice will then state''Counter Sales''. You can pay for the order by bank transfer, debit card or cash payment. Because of the anonymity, customers sometimes choose to pay in cash. Please note: in order to pick up an order, you must be able to identify yourself with a valid ID when entering an office of Holland Gold. We will write down your name and the number of your identity document. This personal data is not linked to the order and is not stored digitally.

You can make an anonymous order once a month. Would you like to make use of this? Please note what must be 30 days between the receipt of the goods and the new order before you are allowed to place a new order. 

How can I buy gold and silver anonymously?

If you know which products you want to order, you can only place an order by telephone with our customer service. You indicate by telephone that you want to make a counter sale. The order and product prices are binding at the time of ordering. When you order products in stock, we then ship the products from the logistics centre to the desired pick-up location (Alkmaar or Rotterdam). This usually takes 2-3 working days.

If you order products that are not in stock at the time of ordering, we ask for a deposit (cash, pin or bank) of 50% of the order amount, for which an appointment will be made immediately.

When your order has arrived at the chosen office location, we will call you to make the pick-up appointment. At the time of collection, you pay the (remaining or full) order amount and you will receive the ordered products immediately. We ask you to bring a valid form of identification, your order number and the amount to be paid. Think of increasing your debit card limit, if you want to withdraw money on the spot.

Possibilities for an anonymous purchase

You can buy precious metal in cash up to €10,000 per transaction. You may not make more than one cash transaction in any one-month period. A pick-up fee of 25 euros will be charged per order. 

If the purchase price of a "Counter Sale" exceeds €10,000, we will ask for your personal and contact details and make a copy of your ID. We are obliged to add together the transactions of spouses because they come from the same assets. The amounts are also added up for cash transactions within the period of one month. These transactions are also known as composite transactions. If an order exceeds the limit of €10,000 due to its composition, you are obliged to provide additional information.
