Costs for purchasing bars and coins

The prices for bars and coins on our website include all applicable costs. The amount you see is the total amount you pay. Once you place your order, the price is locked in, guaranteeing you that price.

Depending on the chosen delivery method, a fixed additional fee applies:

• Collection at office: €25 – includes administration, processing and logistics costs, bank deposit fees (for cash payments) and insurance.
• Shipping up to €10,000: €25
• Transport to or from storage: €36 per shipment

Precious metals account fees

The costs for purchases via the precious metals account consist of the price per gram, transaction fees and – for silver only – handling fees.

• Price per gram

The price per gram includes several components: the purchase of the physical precious metal, production costs, transport, insurance and our trading margin. This is also referred to as the product premium. As a result, the price you pay may differ from the current market rate, which is based on the paper market rather than the physical market price.
