Due to the exceptionally high demand for precious metals, anonymous purchases are currently only possible when the products are in stock.

How does buying precious metals anonymously work?

You can purchase gold and silver anonymously without your personal details appearing on the invoice. In this case, the invoice will state “Counter Sale”. Payment can be made by bank transfer, debit card or in cash. For reasons of anonymity, some customers prefer to pay in cash.

Please note: when collecting your order, you are required to present a valid form of identification upon entering a Holland Gold office. Your name and ID number will be recorded. These details are not linked to your order and are not stored digitally.

As of 1 January 2026, anonymous purchases are permitted up to a maximum amount of €3,000 (i.e. €2,999.99). Prior to 1 January 2026, this limit was €10,000. Cash payments of €3,000 or more are prohibited by law. Customers are expected to act with restraint and not place anonymous orders on a monthly basis. €500 banknotes are not accepted.

How can I buy gold and silver anonymously?

If you know which products you wish to purchase, you can place your order exclusively by phone through our customer service department. During the call, you must indicate that you wish to make a counter sale. The order and agreed prices are binding at the time of purchase.

In-stock products are shipped from our logistics centre to your chosen collection location (Alkmaar, Rotterdam or Tilburg). Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days. In Tilburg, collections are only possible on Mondays between 12:00 and 17:00 and Thursdays between 10:00 and 16:00. At the other locations, appointments can be scheduled Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00.

If you order products that are not immediately available, a down payment of 50% of the total order amount is required. This can be paid in cash, by debit card or via bank transfer. An appointment will be scheduled immediately after payment.

Once your order has arrived at the selected office location, we will contact you by phone to schedule a collection appointment. At the time of collection, you will pay the remaining or full amount and receive your products immediately. Please bring a valid ID, your order number and the required payment. If you intend to pay by debit card, make sure your spending limit is sufficient.

Options for anonymous purchases

From 1 January 2026, you may place an anonymous order up to €3,000 per transaction. Cash payments exceeding €2,999.99 are not permitted by law. Customers are expected to exercise restraint and not place anonymous orders on a monthly basis. A collection fee of €25 applies per order.

We are legally required to aggregate transactions made by spouses, as these originate from the same financial assets. Cash transactions within a certain period are also combined. These so-called aggregated transactions may not equal or exceed €3,000 in total.

In the Netherlands, strict regulations apply to cash payments. Holland Gold fully complies with all applicable laws and the guidelines set out in the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft).
