Yes, you will always receive a track & trace code with an estimated delivery time. The moment you receive this depends on whether the delivery takes place in the Netherlands, Belgium, or another European country. More information can be found below.
For deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium, you will receive an email between 17:00 and 21:00 on the business day before delivery. This email includes a two-hour delivery window. You will also receive a 4-digit code that must be provided to the driver for verification. On the delivery day, you will receive another message when the driver is nearby.
For deliveries in other European countries, you will receive a track & trace code one day before delivery. The evening before or on the day of delivery, you will receive a more specific time slot.
