After placing your order and once the products are in stock, you can choose a delivery date that fits your schedule. On the evening before delivery, between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, you will receive an email with a two-hour time window during which the courier will arrive. Anyone who has the 4-digit code can accept the delivery at the delivery address.
You can change the delivery date free of charge via the customer portal up to one business day before delivery, before 10:00 AM. It is also possible to change the delivery date by phone until 9:15 AM on the day of delivery.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery and the package cannot be accepted, the delivery will be rescheduled and additional delivery charges will apply.
