Yes, if the package is being delivered in the Netherlands or Belgium, you will receive an email one business day in advance (between 17:00 and 21:00) containing a four-digit PIN code. You must provide this PIN to the driver upon delivery to verify your identity. You may also share the PIN code with someone else, allowing them to receive the package on your behalf.
If your order is being delivered to another European country outside the Netherlands or Belgium, someone else may also receive the package. However, this person must be present at your home address during delivery. It is not possible to have the package delivered to neighbors or a different address once it is in transit.
