When will my order be delivered?

In the Netherlands and Belgium, packages are always delivered between 09:00 and 20:00, and in other European countries between 08:30 and 17:30. You always choose the delivery day yourself. We will never send the package without you having scheduled a delivery date first. 

You can select a delivery day via the customer portal. It is not possible to choose a specific time slot.
