Thursday 18th of June between 05:00 and 07:30 CET, scheduled maintenance will take place on the Holland Gold App. During this period, the app will be temporarily unavailable.
However, you can continue to use our services without interruption. All functionalities normally available in the app will remain accessible via the website and your account environment (client portal) throughout the maintenance window.
Through your account environment, you have access to your portfolio and can use all key functionalities. For instance, you can buy and sell precious metals via your precious metal account, manage your savings plan, view transactions, and check your account details. To access your account environment, simply log in via the website.
It also remains possible to buy and sell bars and coins via our website during the maintenance. You can therefore continue to carry out your transactions just as you are used to.
Once the maintenance is complete, you will need to install the latest version of the Holland Gold app before you can use it again. As soon as the update is available, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play Store.
