When you receive the payment depends on the delivery method and on the type of sale: bars and coins, or a sale from your precious metals account via the customer portal or the Holland Gold App. 

Payment after selling bars and coins

The payment time depends on the chosen delivery method. You can deliver the bars and coins yourself at one of our offices, have them securely and discreetly collected, or sell them from storage.

• Delivery at our office: payment is made on the same day.
• Secure and discreet collection: payment is made within two business days after we have collected your order.
• Sale from storage: payment is made on the same day.

Payment after selling from the precious metals account

When selling from your precious metals account, it takes up to one business day for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
