If you have sold products to us and do not wish to verify your account, you can also complete the verification process using the steps below:
1. Download the KopieID app from the Dutch government on your phone.
2. Take a photo of your ID document.
3. Add the date and the text “Holland Gold purchase” to the image.
4. Hide your citizen service number (BSN).
5. Download the secured image from the app.
6. Reply to the purchase confirmation email with the image and your bank account number for payment.
Once the precious metal has been verified, we will transfer the agreed amount directly to your bank account.
