Selling to Us
Are there any hidden fees when selling precious metals to Holland Gold?

When you sell your precious metals back to Holland Gold, there are no hidden fees. On the sell gold, sell silver, and sell platinum and palladium pages, you can see the prices we offer for all bars and coins at the time of sale. This page also explains how the sales costs for the precious metals account are structured.

Sales costs for bars and coins

The prices on the ‘sell to us’ page include all costs and show the price you receive per bar or coin. Once you have confirmed the price by phone, that rate is guaranteed.

Depending on the chosen delivery method, a fixed additional fee applies:

  • Delivery at our office: €25. This includes administrative, processing, and logistical costs.
  • Insured collection: €25.
  • Transport from storage: €36 per shipment.

Sales costs for the precious metals account

When selling via the precious metals account, the costs consist of the price per gram, transaction fees, and – for silver only – handling fees.

  • (Selling) price per gram

The price per gram when selling your precious metals back to us is determined based on the market rate minus various components such as transport from storage, price guarantee, insurance, slippage, and our trading margin. As a result, the price you receive per gram is lower than the current market rate.

  • Transaction and handling fees when selling your precious metals

Transaction fees apply to all precious metals. Handling fees apply only to the purchase and sale of silver. Click here to view the transaction and handling fees for the precious metals account.
