Holland Gold does not share customer data with the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration as standard or on a periodic basis. In individual cases, however, we may be legally required to provide requested information to the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration or another competent government authority.
This is separate from your own responsibility to correctly report your precious metals in your tax return. Gold, silver, platinum and palladium held as investments generally fall under Box 3 in the category ‘other assets’. If you are unsure about your personal situation, always consult a tax adviser.
