Is the delivery safe?

Our delivery specialist provides optimally secured and insured transport. Your order is continuously monitored along the way and discreetly handed over to the right person by means of a PIN code. The delivery specialist focuses entirely on the transport of valuable goods. All orders are packaged discreetly and in a special way. 

Can someone else receive my package?

Yes, someone else can receive your package at the delivery address you provided. The information you need to share with this person depends on whether the delivery is carried out by our regular delivery specialist or by another delivery specialist.

Delivery process in the Netherlands, Belgium and certain German border regions

In the Netherlands, Belgium and certain German border regions, we deliver through our regular delivery specialist. You will receive a four-digit PIN code by email one business day in advance between 17:00 and 21:00.

The driver needs this code to hand over your order. You can also give the PIN code to someone else, so this person can receive the package on your behalf.

Other European countries

In other European countries, we deliver with another delivery specialist. In that case, someone else can also receive the package at the delivery address provided.

This person must be present at the delivery address and sign for receipt. It is not possible to have the package delivered to neighbours or to another address once transport has started.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Would you like to have your order delivered to a different address? Then you must confirm this address to us by email before dispatch. Read more about this on our FAQ page about address changes for delivery or collection.

Does Holland Gold deliver abroad?

Yes, Holland Gold also delivers abroad. We ship to most countries within Europe. The available delivery options, maximum order values, delivery times and shipping costs may vary by country. For Belgium, the carrier and costs are the same as in the Netherlands. Different rates apply to other European countries.

Germany:

In German border regions, we may in some cases also use our regular delivery specialist. For this, we charge €25 in shipping costs. For deliveries to other regions in Germany, we use a different delivery specialist and charge higher shipping costs depending on the location. Please contact us by phone if you have any questions about this.

Other European countries

For international deliveries to other European countries, we also use a different delivery specialist. Shipping costs depend on the country to which the order is being sent. You will see the shipping costs in the checkout when you enter your address.

Your order is shipped fully insured through our delivery partners. During transport, your order is continuously monitored. You must personally sign for receipt, and the package may only be delivered to the delivery address you provided. Delivery takes place between 09:00 and 18:00.

Because delivery options may change by country, we advise you to contact our customer service team in advance. We will be happy to inform you about the current delivery options, maximum order values, shipping costs and delivery times for your country.

Will I receive a track-and-trace code?

Yes, you will receive delivery information that allows you to track your order. How you are kept informed depends on the delivery service used for your order.

Delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium and certain German border regions

For delivery by our regular delivery specialist in the Netherlands, Belgium and certain German border regions, you will receive an email one business day in advance between 17:00 and 21:00 with a two-hour delivery window.

This email also contains a 4-digit PIN code, which you give to the driver for verification. On the day of delivery, you will also receive a message when the driver is almost at your address.

Delivery in other European countries

For delivery in other European countries, you will receive a track-and-trace code from our other delivery specialist, allowing you to track the shipment. Depending on your country, region and postcode, this delivery specialist may also show an estimated delivery time.

What are the payment options?

At Holland Gold, you can pay by iDEAL, bank transfer, cash (up to €3,000), Bancontact, credit card or crypto.

Below you will find an overview of the specifications per payment method:

Payment methods in brief

  • iDEAL | Wero: up to €50,000. Processed immediately.
  • Bank transfer: no limit. Always include your order number.
  • Cash: up to €3,000. By appointment and in your name only; €500 notes are not accepted.
  • Bancontact: up to €2,500. For our Belgian customers.
  • Credit card: variable. Only when collecting your order on location.
  • Crypto (BitPay): up to €10,000. Verification required.

iDEAL/Wero

With a Dutch bank account, you can pay safely, securely and easily online via iDEAL | Wero. The maximum amount per payment is €50,000. Please note that your own bank limit may be lower. If your limit is set too low, an iDEAL or Wero payment may fail.

For larger orders or if you are unsure about your limit, you can choose to pay by bank transfer.

Bank transfer

You can also pay for your order by bank transfer. Transfer the total amount to our bank account within 24 hours, stating your order number.

Bank transfers generally have higher limits than iDEAL or Wero and are therefore suitable for larger amounts. If necessary, you can spread your payment over several days. Always include your order number with each payment. Is a payment taking a little longer? Please contact us.

Cash transactions

It is possible to place an order and pay in cash up to an amount of €3,000. The products must be in stock. Once your order has arrived at our office, you will receive an email and can schedule a collection day online. Please note: Holland Gold does not keep stock at its offices, so you cannot simply visit without an appointment.

Cash payments are not anonymous and are subject to applicable laws and regulations. You can read more about this on our page about cash payments. €500 notes are not accepted.

Credit card

Paying by credit card is possible in certain cases when you collect your order on location. Whether credit card payment is possible depends, among other things, on the card type, the card issuer, the order amount and the available spending limit on your card.

For some card types, additional conditions or extra costs may apply. On location, it will become clear whether credit card payment is possible for your order, which conditions apply and whether extra costs will be charged.

Due to possible restrictions, extra costs or limits, we recommend paying by bank transfer, iDEAL or a regular debit card where possible.

Bancontact

Customers with a Belgian bank account can pay with Bancontact up to an amount of €2,500. If the amount is higher than €2,500, please pay by bank transfer.

Paying with crypto

At Holland Gold, you can buy precious metals with various digital currencies through our payment provider BitPay. After selecting "crypto via BitPay" during checkout, you will receive an invoice with a QR code that is valid for 15 minutes due to price fluctuations. Once the payment has been confirmed by BitPay, your order will be processed by us immediately.
