The packing of your order is done with the greatest care: Every order is packed under camera and a second person carefully checks whether the right products and the right quantities have been selected for you. At the end of the day, when all orders are packed, the entire stock is counted. Only when this count is correct will the packages be handed over to our delivery specialist.
All orders are packaged discreetly and in a special way. We work with extra sturdy packaging material where the precious metal cannot slide around in the package and the packages remain closed during transport.
If you have opted for insured storage in the Netherlands, we will transfer the precious metal to the employees of Holland Gold Safe. They administer and package the precious metal in a special transparent seal and then hand it over to Brink's, which stores the metal in its vault.

It organises an optimally secured transport from the logistics centre to the delivery destination in the Netherlands and (large parts of) Belgium. The transport is fully insured until you have received it.
By means of a PIN code, the package is discretely handed over to the right person . Make sure you or someone else is at home at the time of delivery. You can also give someone else the PIN code to receive the package.
If you have chosen to pick up the order at one of our offices during the ordering process, we will deliver your package to the relevant office location. Shipping from our logistics center to the office location usually takes 2-3 working days. When your order is ready for you, we will call you to make the pick-up appointment at the Alkmaar office or Rotterdam.
To be able to pick up an order, you must be able to identify yourself with a valid ID when entering an office of Holland Gold. This personal data is noted but not linked to the order and is not stored digitally.

Yes, if the package is being delivered in the Netherlands or Belgium, you will receive an email one business day in advance (between 17:00 and 21:00) containing a four-digit PIN code. You must provide this PIN to the driver upon delivery to verify your identity. You may also share the PIN code with someone else, allowing them to receive the package on your behalf.
If your order is being delivered to another European country outside the Netherlands or Belgium, someone else may also receive the package. However, this person must be present at your home address during delivery. It is not possible to have the package delivered to neighbors or a different address once it is in transit.
Yes, we also deliver abroad. Please note that different delivery times apply to orders shipped to a foreign address. The delivery times depend on the delivery partner and the country to which the order is shipped. In addition, the shipping costs are also higher than in the Netherlands.
Delivery is fully insured and your order is continuously monitored along the way. You must sign for receipt and the package may only be delivered to the address you specified. You will be kept informed where the package is and the delivery always takes place between 09:00 and 18:00.
You pay €25 for every order you pick up,-. We charge a fixed amount for administration and processing, logistics costs, bank charges (deposit cash) and insurance.
Yes, you will always receive a track & trace code with an estimated delivery time. The moment you receive this depends on whether the delivery takes place in the Netherlands, Belgium, or another European country. More information can be found below.
For deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium, you will receive an email between 17:00 and 21:00 on the business day before delivery. This email includes a two-hour delivery window. You will also receive a 4-digit code that must be provided to the driver for verification. On the delivery day, you will receive another message when the driver is nearby.
For deliveries in other European countries, you will receive a track & trace code one day before delivery. The evening before or on the day of delivery, you will receive a more specific time slot.

With a Dutch bank account, you can safely and easily pay for your online order using iDEAL | Wero. Please note that the payment limit for iDEAL | Wero may vary per person. The maximum amount that can be paid with iDEAL | Wero is €50,000.
For larger orders (and if you are unsure about your personal limit), we recommend choosing the payment method ‘bank transfer’, as higher limits apply. If necessary, you can spread your payment over several days. Please state your order number with each payment.

At Holland Gold, it is possible to place an order and pay in cash up to an amount of €3,000. Holland Gold does not keep stock at its office. Orders must be placed by telephone. Once the order has arrived at our office, we will contact you to schedule a collection date. €500 banknotes are not accepted as a method of payment.
You can also pay by credit card at Holland Gold. Please note that the bank charges an additional fee of 3% on the total amount. Credit card payments are only possible when collecting your order at our location. Please ensure that your credit card has sufficient available credit, as each card has its own spending limit.
Customers with a Belgian bank account can pay with Bancontact up to an amount of €2,500. If the amount exceeds €2,500, we recommend paying by bank transfer.
Would you like to buy gold using Bitcoin or other digital currencies? This is also possible at Holland Gold. The popularity of digital currencies is increasing, which is why we offer this payment option to our customers.
If you wish to use this option, please select the payment method “crypto via Bitpay” during checkout. You will then receive an invoice via Bitpay. Bitpay is a payment provider for cryptocurrency payments.
The invoice contains a link that allows you to pay with your chosen cryptocurrency via a QR code. Due to the volatility of digital currencies, the payment link is valid for 15 minutes. After a successful transaction, both you and we will receive confirmation. Once the payment has been completed, we will immediately proceed with processing your order.
