Yes, we also deliver in Belgium. Up to €10,000, the delivery costs are €35,-. If you order for €10,000 or more, delivery is free.

Delivery is fully insured and your order is continuously monitored along the way. You must sign for receipt and the package may only be delivered to the address you specified. You will be kept informed where the package is and the delivery always takes place between 09:00 and 18:00.

After determining the sales price over the phone, we will make a pick-up appointment. Would you prefer to bring it to one of our offices in Tilburg, Rotterdam or Alkmaar? Then you are also very welcome. 

Selling from Belgium is done as follows:

1. Calculate the value
   Do you want to sell precious metals? You can easily add your product(s) to this web page visit. Our purchase price is indicated for each product. Simply fill in the numbers and on the right you will see the overview with the total value.
2. Lock in the price over the phone
   You discuss the sale by telephone with an employee and the sales price is definitively determined. If the price rises or falls (sharply) after this, this will never affect the agreed price.
3. Self delivery/pick-up
   You can choose to bring the precious metal to one of our offices. Do you live a little further away? Just like we deliver it, our delivery specialist can pick up the precious metal from you safely and insured.
4. Check
   Upon arrival at our office, your precious metal will be immediately tested and checked for weight and authenticity.
5. Pay
   Immediately after checking, we will pay the agreed amount to your bank account. If you deliver the precious metal to a branch, you can check this on the spot in your banking app.

Yes, Holland Gold can collect your precious metals safely, discreetly, and fully insured after you have sold them. Once you have confirmed the price of your precious metals by phone and completed the sale, you can immediately schedule a day for us to collect your bars or coins. 

The sold precious metals will be collected by our delivery specialist between 09:00 and 20:00. The evening before, between 17:00 and 21:00, you will receive an email with a two-hour time slot and a 4-digit code. When the driver arrives, the driver will provide you with the 4-digit code, and you can hand over the package. From that moment, the package remains under constant supervision. Once the package has been scanned, you will receive a confirmation email. 

The payment will be made within two business days after we have collected the package.

Payment methods in brief

• iDEAL | Wero: up to €50,000. Processed immediately.
• Bank transfer: no limit. Always include your order number.
• Cash: up to €3,000. By appointment and in your name only; €500 notes are not accepted.
• Bancontact: up to €2,500. For our Belgian customers.
• Credit card: variable. Only when collecting your order on location.
• Crypto (BitPay): up to €10,000. Verification required.

iDEAL/Wero

With a Dutch bank account, you can pay safely, securely and easily online via iDEAL | Wero. The maximum amount per payment is €50,000. Please note that your own bank limit may be lower. If your limit is set too low, an iDEAL or Wero payment may fail.

For larger orders or if you are unsure about your limit, you can choose to pay by bank transfer.

Bank transfer

You can also pay for your order by bank transfer. Transfer the total amount to our bank account within 24 hours, stating your order number.

Bank transfers generally have higher limits than iDEAL or Wero and are therefore suitable for larger amounts. If necessary, you can spread your payment over several days. Always include your order number with each payment. Is a payment taking a little longer? Please contact us.

Cash transactions

It is possible to place an order and pay in cash up to an amount of €3,000. The products must be in stock. Once your order has arrived at our office, you will receive an email and can schedule a collection day online. Please note: Holland Gold does not keep stock at its offices, so you cannot simply visit without an appointment.

Cash payments are not anonymous and are subject to applicable laws and regulations. You can read more about this on our page about cash payments. €500 notes are not accepted.

Credit card

Paying by credit card is possible in certain cases when you collect your order on location. Whether credit card payment is possible depends, among other things, on the card type, the card issuer, the order amount and the available spending limit on your card.

For some card types, additional conditions or extra costs may apply. On location, it will become clear whether credit card payment is possible for your order, which conditions apply and whether extra costs will be charged.

Due to possible restrictions, extra costs or limits, we recommend paying by bank transfer, iDEAL or a regular debit card where possible.

Bancontact

Customers with a Belgian bank account can pay with Bancontact up to an amount of €2,500. If the amount is higher than €2,500, please pay by bank transfer.

Paying with crypto

At Holland Gold, you can buy precious metals with various digital currencies through our payment provider BitPay. After selecting "crypto via BitPay" during checkout, you will receive an invoice with a QR code that is valid for 15 minutes due to price fluctuations. Once the payment has been confirmed by BitPay, your order will be processed by us immediately.
