1. I haven't received my package
When you haven't received a package yet but are expecting one. You can go through the steps mentioned below to find out where your package is.
1. Have you received a confirmation by e-mail that your package has been shipped?
If you have received an e-mail, you can use the information provided in the Track & Trace data to find out where your package is.
2. Has UPS visited you yet?
You will receive a note in your mailbox or an email informing you that you can pick up the package at a UPS access point. You will be required to identify yourself at the UPS access point.
2. Your product is damaged
If the delivered product is damaged, please contact our customer service by telephone. An appointment will then be made immediately to pick up the damaged products at your home. When we have received the products at our location and checked them for completeness, we will send you a new product.
3. Product delivered incomplete
In the event that your parcel has been sent incomplete, we will inform you immediately. We check the entire stock every day and that all packages sent have been sent correctly.
