By purchasing an admission ticket or visiting the event, you agree to the visitor conditions of AFAS Theater Leusden and the general terms and conditions of the Holland Gold Event, which are described below.

Article 1. Definitions

1.1. Bulliongroup BV, trading under the name Holland Gold, having its registered office in 1813KN Alkmaar at the Arcadialaan 16B and registered with the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 55478778, also the (legal) persons charged with the organisation of an Event on its behalf.

1.2. "Event" means the event organised by Holland Gold.

1.3. "Visitor": any person who has purchased or received an admission ticket for an Event organised by Holland Gold.

1.4. "Terrain": the AFAS building in Leusden, the parking lots, access routes and immediate surroundings.

1.5. "Admission Ticket" or "Admission Tickets": a (digital) document provided by or on behalf of Holland Gold with which the Visitor can gain access to the Event.

Article 2. Applicability

2.1. These terms and conditions apply to and form an integral part of the Holland Gold event.

2.2. These general terms and conditions can be consulted on hollandgold.nl and are available for inspection at the entrance of the Event.

2.3. House rules apply to the Event. The house rules can be consulted via the website of AFAS Theater Leusden and are available for inspection at the entrance of the Event. The Visitor hereby expressly agrees with the relevant house rules and also declares to behave in accordance with those house rules.

2.4. Obvious clerical errors or errors in the offers of Holland Gold release it from the obligation to perform and/or any obligations to pay compensation arising therefrom, even after the conclusion of the agreement.

2.5. If an orderer orders an Admission Ticket or Tickets for third parties, he or she declares that he or she is authorised to accept these general terms and conditions on behalf of those third parties and to point out the applicability of the general terms and conditions to those third parties.

Article 3. Ticket

3.1. The agreement between Holland Gold and the Visitor is concluded at the moment that the Visitor orders/buys one or more Tickets for the Event from Holland Gold or via official (pre)sale address(es) designated by Holland Gold, or by handing in an Admission Ticket by a person to gain access to the Event.

3.2. Holland Gold provides the Visitor with the Admission Ticket(s) for the Event in question once via e-mail. The Visitor declares that he has adequate means (such as a printer) to be able to physically show the Admission Ticket at the entrance of the Event or via a smart phone.

3.3. With the Admission Ticket provided, one person can gain access to the event.

3.4. Admission tickets are personal and only the owner can gain access to the event with the admission ticket. Holland Gold is not obliged (but is authorized) to carry out further checks with regard to Admission Tickets to see whether the holder thereof is also the rightful owner.

3.5. It is the Visitor's responsibility to ensure that he/she becomes and remains the holder of the admission ticket. From the moment the Admission Ticket is sent to the Visitor by e-mail. The Visitor bears the risk of loss, theft, damage or misuse of the Admission Ticket.

3.6. The Visitor is not permitted to (re)sell Tickets for an Event.

3.7. Under no circumstances is it permitted to hand out or raffle Admission Tickets in online and/or offline lotteries and/or sharing promotions.

3.8. In the event of a violation of articles 3.6 and 3.7, Holland Gold is entitled to refuse the purchaser of the Admission Ticket access to the Event as referred to in the previous paragraph and to recover all resulting damage from the Visitor.

Article 4. Access to the Event

4.1. Only an original, valid and undamaged Admission Ticket gives access to the Event.

4.2. Holland Gold may decide to provide Visitors with a device (such as a lanyard), which makes it easy to see which visitor has access to the Event. The Visitor expressly declares to carry the item visibly with him during the Event and on the Site in the manner indicated.

4.3. When visiting the Site, the Visitor shall strictly follow the instructions of the employees of the AFAS Organisation, the employees of Holland Gold and the employees of the police, fire brigade, GGD or other competent authorities.

4.4. At the request of the employees, the Visitor must show a valid proof of identity (passport, identity card or driver's license) during the Event, on and around the site.

4.5. Minimum age for access to the Event is 18 years.

4.6. The starting time is stated on the event page of Holland Gold. If the Visitor arrives later, the request is to enter quietly and possibly to sit down.

4.7 The closing time of the Event may necessarily end earlier at the discretion of Holland Gold.

4.8. The following items are not permitted on the Event Grounds:

–Pets;
– clothing with discriminatory (such as nationalist and/or racist), insulting and/or threatening signs or expressions, as well as clothing with signs or club expressions (such as football shirts);
– (professional) photographic, film and other recording equipment.
– all other obvious matters, the employees of the Event may decide on the spot what falls into the category of other obvious matters. 

4.9. Holland Gold may confiscate (or have confiscated) objects found as referred to in Article 4.8 and/or not allow them to enter the Event. Illegal items will be handed over to the police. If illegal items are found, Holland Gold may refuse the Visitor access to the Event.

4.10. In the field of Corona, Holland Gold follows the legal guidelines of the government.

Article 5. Miscellaneous

5.1. The Visitor is prohibited from behaving in such a way as to disturb the order at the Event.

5.2. It is forbidden to sell goods on or around the Site before, during and after the Event without the explicit written permission of Holland Gold.

5.3. Visitors are prohibited from advertising their own business in the broadest sense of the word before, during or after the Event on or in the vicinity of the Site.

Article 6. Media & Media Equipment

6.1. During the Event, photo and film recordings will be made on behalf of Holland Gold. The Visitor explicitly agrees that image and/or sound recordings will be made of the Event (and therefore possibly also of the Visitor) on the Site. The Visitor also agrees that the image and/or sound recordings will be subsequently disseminated or exploited via all possible media forms.

6.2. The Visitor is not permitted to take photos and/or film recordings of the Event for commercial purposes.

Article 7. Force majeure

7.1. In the event of force majeure, Holland Gold has the right to cancel the Event or organise it on another date.

7.2. The term 'force majeure' as referred to in this article also includes all unforeseen circumstances that have arisen without fault or fault of Holland Gold such as; illness or withdrawal of multiple speakers or other force majeure situations such as weather conditions, epidemics, strikes, global health problems, terrorist threats, etc.

7.3. If the Event is cancelled as a result of or in connection with force majeure and is cancelled in its entirety, Holland Gold will refund the purchase price (excluding transaction fee) of the Admission Ticket. In the event of cancellation, the Visitor is not entitled to any further (damage) compensation.

Article 8. Liability 

8.1. Entering the Site and visiting the Event is entirely at your own risk. 

8.2 The use of a locker is entirely at your own risk. Holland Gold is not liable for damage to loss or theft of the Visitor's belongings.

8.3. Changes or deviations in the programme that take place after the purchase of the Admission Ticket do not entitle you to undo the purchase (for example by dissolution or destruction) and therefore also to a (partial) refund of the purchase price.

8.4. Holland Gold is not responsible for the manner in which speakers and panelists interpret their contribution to the Event.

Article 9. Dissolution

9.1. Holland Gold always has the right to dissolve the agreement with the Visitor in whole or in part without giving any reason. This means that Holland Gold will not grant the Visitor access to the Event. In case of cancellation from Holland Gold, the full purchase price (excluding transaction fee) will be refunded to the Visitor. The Visitor cannot claim any compensation other than the refund of the purchase price. There is no right to a refund of funds if the Visitor acts in violation of the general terms and conditions.

9.2. The Visitor may be removed from the Event if he/she acts in violation of the general terms and conditions. The consequence of this is that the Visitor is liable for all damage resulting from his actions.

Article 10. Personal data

Section 10.1. The privacy policy of Holland Gold applies to this Event.

Article 11. Final provisions

11.1. These general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

11.2. The District Court of Alkmaar has exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes that directly or indirectly relate to any agreement or legal act to which these general terms and conditions apply.
