1. REGISTER & LOGIN
To be able to order from HollandGold.nl you need an account. To do this, go to 'My Account' at the top right of the page. Here you can then click on 'Create Account'. After that, you can fill in your details for an account. In that account, you provide your name, address, e-mail address and payment details, among other things. Please let us know if you would like to receive our newsletter. Access to your account is protected by a password of your choice. Once you have successfully signed up, you can place an order.
2. ORDERING & SHOPPING CART
Click on 'Add to cart' for the desired item. The prices on this website are constantly automatically adjusted to the current exchange rate. Your shopping cart with products is also automatically updated with the current gold and silver prices. You can checkout your order by going to your shopping cart and clicking on 'Proceed to Checkout'.
3. SHIPPING & STORAGE
You can specify the billing address and delivery address of the order in the shipping details. If you wish to use a different address, you can add it here .
Choose your preferred shipping method:
1. Insured shipping via UPS - It is possible to have orders up to a maximum of € 9,500 delivered by UPS.
2. Order Pickup - You have the option to pick up your order at our storage depot in Amsterdam.
3. Shipping private driver - Your order can be delivered safely and discreetly by our driver. The costs for this are € 90 starting rate + € 1 per € 1000 insured value. For the Wadden Islands and Zeeuws Vlaanderen there is a surcharge of 50%.
4. PAYMENT
We comply with the administrative obligation to keep a copy of a valid ID in our records when processing orders from € 11,000. If the € 11,000 limit is exceeded in your order, we ask you to provide a copy of your ID. This does not mean, however, that all information is shared with the Tax and Customs Administration by default. We handle your data very carefully under the Personal Data Protection Act (WBP) and do not provide it to third parties.

1. iDEAL
With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases safely, reliably and easily. You pay via your own bank's internet banking system. As an internet banker, you can use iDEAL directly without having to log in. iDEAL only works for customers with a Dutch bank account.
2. Wire transfer
If you do not have a bank account that is suitable for online payment, you can also pay in advance by transferring the money manually. You transfer the total amount of your invoice to our bank account ING 65.25.79.418 in the name of The Art of Investments BV, stating the order number. As soon as your payment has been received, we will process your order. Within the Netherlands, this can take 1 to 3 working days.
Please note! In all cases, it applies that after payment your order is final and can no longer be cancelled.
5. ORDER COMPLETED
After completing your payment, you will be returned to HollandGold.nl. You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail and, if applicable, a confirmation of your online payment.
