At Holland Gold, you can place an order in several ways: via our website, the Holland Gold App, or by phone. Ordering gold, silver, platinum, and palladium is simple and convenient. Our prices are automatically updated every minute according to the live market rates, ensuring that you always buy at the current price.
Through the website, you can order with or without an account. When using the app, you must first create an account before placing an order.

It is possible to buy gold and silver anonymously, without your personal details appearing on the invoice. In that case, your invoice will simply state: “Counter Sale”. You can pay by bank transfer, debit card, or cash. Some clients prefer to pay in cash to maintain anonymity.
Please note: when visiting a Holland Gold office, you must always identify yourself with a valid ID. We will record your name and ID number for verification purposes only. These details are not linked to your order and are not stored digitally.
You can make anonymous purchases up to a maximum of € 2,999.99. We ask clients to exercise discretion and not place such orders frequently (for example, on a monthly basis).
If you know which products you wish to purchase, you can place your order by phone only. Inform our customer service team that you would like to make a counter sale. Prices and orders are binding at the time of confirmation.
When ordering products that are in stock, we will ship them from our logistics centre to your chosen pickup location (Alkmaar, Rotterdam, or Tilburg). This process usually takes 2 to 3 business days. In Tilburg, pickup is available on Mondays between 12:00–17:00 and Thursdays between 10:00–16:00. At our other offices, appointments can be made Monday to Friday between 09:00–17:00.
If you order products that are not in stock, a 50% deposit (cash, debit, or bank transfer) is required, and a pickup appointment will be scheduled immediately.
Once your order has arrived at your chosen location, we will contact you by phone to confirm your pickup appointment. When collecting your order, you pay the remaining (or full) amount and receive your products directly. Please bring a valid ID, your order number, and the payment amount. If you plan to pay by card, make sure your transaction limit is sufficient.
You can make anonymous purchases up to a maximum of € 2,999.99 per order. We recommend doing so sparingly and not on a recurring basis. A €25 pickup fee applies per order.
Transactions made by spouses are combined, as they originate from the same assets. Likewise, multiple cash transactions within a short period are aggregated and considered “related transactions.” The total value of such transactions may not exceed the amount of € 3,000.
In the Netherlands, there are specific rules and restrictions regarding cash payments. Holland Gold complies fully with Dutch legislation, including the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act (Wwft).
You can sell your precious metals to Holland Gold in various ways. We purchase bars and coins and also offer a buyback guarantee on everything we sell. When you place a sell order, the process depends on the delivery method.

Do you have precious metals in your account? You can trade 24/7 via the customer portal or the Holland Gold App, even when Holland Gold offices are closed. Place a sell order in the app or customer portal, and the funds will be in your account within one business day.
The prices on the website are updated every minute and are linked to the underlying Real-time quotes of the precious metal in question.
