Change delivery address

Would you like to have your order delivered to a different address or have you entered the address incorrectly? Please inform us of the change by e-mail. It is important that the change request comes from the e-mail address used to place the order.

Authorize a person to receive the package.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, it is possible to authorize a third person to receive the package. We would like to receive the name of the person you are authorizing by e-mail. It is important that the authorization request comes from the e-mail address with which the order was placed.

Indicate your preferred delivery day

You can indicate a preference for the delivery day or even a specific delivery date. Please let us know by replying to the confirmation email of your order. Of course, the order must be paid at the time we send it.
