Update #12: Delivery times for gold and silver

We will keep you informed on a weekly basis of the latest developments regarding delivery times. The gold market has calmed down somewhat after an exceptionally busy period, but there are still many orders that need to be delivered. The good news is that many products are already available and that we can already deliver many orders. In many cases, we can deliver products that are not in stock within three weeks, unless otherwise indicated on the website.

The supply of Canadian silver Maple Leaf coins is also getting underway again. This means that we can start delivering orders for these coins in phases. We expect to be able to fulfill all outstanding orders of these coins before the end of July. You can also order these coins again, but in that case take into account a longer delivery time. Would you like to order silver now? Then the Australian Kangaroo coins An interesting alternative. At the time of writing, these are available directly from stock.

For some products, the delivery times are still unknown, such as for the silver kilo coins of the Noah's Ark and Somali elephant series. There is also a longer delivery time for Umicore silver bars. As soon as we know more about that, we will indicate that in a next update. For all other products, you can follow the delivery times on the website.

The production problems at mints as a result of the coronavirus are largely over, but due to the large number of orders, there is still some delay in the delivery of orders from our logistics centre. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for shipping or pickup.
