Delivery times
An indicative delivery time is indicated for all items in our store. We have most items in stock. Items with the blue label "immediately available" are in stock in our secure warehouse. The products that are immediately available are delivered to the desired delivery address in the Netherlands and Belgium on working days within 24-48 hours after ordering. For items that are not immediately in stock, the delivery times as indicated under the relevant article apply.
For orders shipped to a foreign address, different delivery times apply. The delivery time of the order depends on the item with the longest delivery time, because all items are shipped at once as far as possible. This delivery time depends on the country to which the order is shipped.

All orders are delivered with care and attention in inconspicuous packaging. The company name Hollandgold.nl and other data that may give away the contents of the package is not mentioned on the package.

Picking up your order
To schedule an appointment to pick up your order at our location, we kindly ask you to contact us. This can be done by telephone via +31 (0)88 4688 400 or by e-mail at klantenservice@hollandgold.nl. When picking up your order, we ask your attention to the following points:
- Make an appointment in advance for pickup;
- Bring a valid ID;
- Bring a copy of the invoice with you
