Getting to and from storage in 5 steps:

Order precious metals

You can place an order with or without a storage account with Holland Gold. For the shipping method, you choose 'storage'. If you don't have a storage account yet, you'll receive instructions on how to open the storage account later.

On the way to storage location

As soon as your complete order is available for transport, we will transport the precious metal to the relevant storage location. Of course, this transport is secured and insured.

Received in storage

Upon receipt of the precious metal at the storage location, your precious metal will be administered. This is when the precious metal in your storage account becomes visible in detail.

What is the 'spot price' of gold?

The bargain price. What does this mean exactly?

The gold price that you come across in the newspaper or online (stock exchanges) is also called the 'spot price'. References are also sometimes made to the 'world gold price', 'the gold price' or the 'daily price of gold': here too, the spot price is usually meant. But what exactly is the bargain price?

The term 'spot price' (also known as 'cash price') comes from the English expression to buy 'on the spot'. It is the current price of a commodity, that is, the price at which a commodity (in this case gold) can be delivered immediately.
